Die Urbanisation


Die Urbanisation liegt inmitten eines von einem der Natur überlassenen Pinienwald, der aber jährlich einmal von niedrigen Buschwerk und abgestorbenen Zweigen aus Brandschutzvorsorge gereinigt wird. Sie zeichnet sich aus durch eine über Jahre gewachsene Struktur, die Gärten der Anwohner sind mit vielen unterschiedlichen und bereits ausgewachsenen Pflanzen ausgestattet. Fast alle Grundstücke haben einen praktischen rechteckigen Zuschnitt. Alle Straßen in der Urbanisation sind Stichstraßen, sie sind vor wenigen Jahren mit einer neuen Teerdecke versehen worden. Die Siedlung besteht aus ca. 90 Parzellen, die eine durchschnittliche Größe von 600 – 900 m2 haben. So wohnen Sie mit Abstand und doch in einer nachbarschaftlichen Community, in der jede(r) nach seinem individuellen Gusto leben kann, weit entfernt von einer kompakten Reihenferienwohnanlage. Se caracteriza por una estructura que ha ido creciendo a lo largo de los años, los jardines de los residentes locales están equipados con muchas plantas diferentes y ya completamente desarrolladas. Casi todas las parcelas tienen una práctica distribución rectangular. Todas las calles de la urbanización son callejones sin salida, lo son hace unos años provisto de una nueva cubierta de alquitrán. El asentamiento consta de unas 90 parcelas, la tienen un tamaño promedio de 600 – 900 m2. Entonces vives a distancia y sin embargo en uno comunidad de vecinos en la que cada uno puede vivir de acuerdo a su gusto individual lejos de una casa adosada compacta. Los dueños tienen uno antecedentes internacionales, por supuesto los españoles (residentes permanentes y vecinos de las cercanas ciudades de Sevilla y Huelva) constituyen la mayoría. En el Al oeste hay otra urbanización: Las Colinas, la montañosa.
